Antipodes Premium Wines Ltd is the leading direct seller of quality wines into the Swedish market. Our customers expect the highest quality and value wines and as such we carefully select the best small to medium sized producers from around the world as our trusted partners. We are VERY selective in the wines we buy but VERY easy to work with.

Antipodes Premium Wines Ltd qualifies its suppliers based upon a number of factors including:

1. Reliable and consistent quality wine with character
2. Provides good value at the relevant price point
3. Producer follows environmentally sensible practices in all areas of its business
4. High level of communication and professionalism in regards to packaging, logistics and documentation
5. We enjoy working with each other

 
This is our purchasing process:

1. Email us your price list with best export prices, FOB from overseas countries.
2. We will select wines we wish to have sent to our office in Stockholm to be tasted.
3. 3x bottles of each wine (2x bottles if with screwcap closure) to be sent to Antipodes Premium Wines AB, Östhammarsgatan 68, 115 28 Stockholm, Sweden Import Number 556660-0531 Also email relevant tech sheets on the wines and relevant information on the Estate/Domaine/winery.
4. Within a short time you will receive our comments on all wines and whether they will be included in our future purchasing plans
5. There are no tenders of special offers to win, if you meet the requirements above and we have need for your type of wine then we will hopefully be able to do business together.

If we decide to do business together then the below mutual understand will be agreed:
Antipodes Premium Wines Ltd. (WD) works with a select group of wine producers around the world for its private customers in Sweden via our warehouse in Hamburg.
The supplier-customer relationship is an important one to us which has expectations on both sides.

As your customer you can expect the following from APW:

1. We will deal openly and honestly with you
2. Give you clear and honest communication about the wine quality, value and packaging
3. Fast response to communication
4. Open communication on our expectations, future order quantities and nature of our relationship and how to develop it
5. Clear, fair and honest terms of trade
6. Access to our market with proper treatment of your brands and labels
7. Your wine will only be sold in the markets we specify

As our supplier / agent we expect the following from you:

1. You will deal openly and honestly with us
2. All labeling will be legally compliant for the EU
3. Correct export and shipping documents and invoices
4. The same wine and label will not be sold knowingly into the Swedish market for 12 months from the date of our last order
5. The wine under the label we purchase has not been sold in the Swedish market for 12 months prior to our order date
6. Fast response to our communication
7. Read and comply with our orders exactly as written in the order form
8. Defects or quality problems will be handled fairly and quickly to preserve our relationship and in the best interests of our customers
